Shipping Policy

Fruits of Jannah products are made to order and fulfilled through Tapstitch. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Most orders enter production shortly after purchase. Typical production time is 2-7 business days, but timing can vary based on product availability, order volume, and fulfillment partner capacity.

After production is complete, shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Domestic U.S. orders commonly arrive within 3-8 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer and can be affected by customs processing.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly shown at checkout.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at imran@threeonethreeholdings.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with Tapstitch or the carrier where possible.
