Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through Tapstitch, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at imran@threeonethreeholdings.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review it with our fulfillment partner.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter production. Because Tapstitch products are produced on demand, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Please double-check sizing, colors, shipping address, and contact information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
